Moving out

We hope you have enjoyed your stay with us. Before leaving your accommodation, there are a few important things to remember.

Give notice

The notice period depends on the type of accommodation you have.

If you live in an apartment, the notice period is three months, starting from the first day of the following month.

If you live in a corridor room, the notice period is two months, starting from the first day of the following month.

To terminate your contract:

If you have questions regarding your contract, contact the Housing Office.

After you have terminated your contract, an inspection will be arranged. During the inspection, we check the condition of the apartment.

Remember to put back any fixtures belonging to the apartment that you may have removed.

Your accommodation must be thoroughly cleaned before you move out.

Important:

Make sure all cleaning tasks on the checklist are completed before you leave.
If the accommodation is not properly cleaned, you may be charged for cleaning costs.

All keys must be returned no later than 11:30 on the first business day after your contract ends.
