Welcome to your apartment. Here you will find information to help you settle in.
Collect your keys
You can collect your keys at the caretaker office on weekdays between 07.30-09.00.
Please bring:
- Valid ID
- Proof of payment for your first rent
If you need to pick up your keys at another time, please contact the local office by phone or email to arrange it. If you cannot collect the keys yourself, another person may do so on your behalf with a signed power of attorney.
Pay your rent
Rent is payed monthly in advance.
Important:
- The payment deadline is the last weekday of each month
- Always include your name and Rental Property Number when making a payment
- Late payments may result in additional fees and could affect your housing situation

If you are paying rent from a bank in another country, you will need the following information:
